7 Tips for Healthy Skin in the Summer
Hello you guys, it's been awhile...and this summer has been overwhelmingly hot already, keeping your skin happy this summer is a must. Here are 7 tips that I follow, and I figured i'd share for those wanting to keep their skin healthy and hydrated this summer season.
1. Don't Skip Sunscreen: Sunscreen is a must-have during the summer months. Choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 and reapply every 2 hours, especially if you're spending time outdoors. Consider mineral sunscreens for a natural alternative.
